UK deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. International delivery times vary by destination.
Returns
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Email info@meandthee.co.uk and we'll send you a returns label.
- Please send your return within 14 days of letting us know.
- A £3 returns fee per order is deducted from your refund to cover the label.
- Items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with original labels attached. Please include any branded packaging, such as dust bags and tags. We may reduce your refund for items that come back worn, damaged or without labels.
- We can't offer refunds or exchanges on pieces made to your own specification.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Card refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear.
- If you return your whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. The extra cost of express delivery isn't refundable.
- If anything arrives faulty or wrong, we'll cover the return and refund you in full. Just get in touch.
